      <title>RUCKUS R510 Access Point (AP) keep dropping or Not working</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a three-story house with a RUCKUS R510 Access Point (AP) on each floor. However, the internet connection on the second and third floors drops every 5 to 10 minutes. In the basement, the 5G and 2.4G indicator lights are amber. I've tried all the community suggestions, but nothing seems to work.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;On the other side, my internet is working without any issue with the internet provider modem/router. Please help fix this issue ASAP as it is highly affecting my daily work productivity.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Vgnesh A&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;1. Was there any power outage before you started facing this issue?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;2. &amp;nbsp;On your switch while it's plugged into the outlet, do you see any lights on? (Amber or green) Please let us know which lights are on.&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;(Please refer to the below picture and share a picture of the same, showing the light status and the FULL Switch panel cable connections to the Switch ports)&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:#333333;font-size:18px;"&gt;If then, the only option left is software recovery.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="background-color:white;color:#333333;font-size:18px;"&gt;We need to perform a software recovery since it can be that the image flash is corrupted in basic words the unit is not able to boot up properly and&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;need to re-install the image to boot up properly.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:#333333;font-size:18px;"&gt;Please follow the below RUCKUS Lennar Knowledge base self-help article which will help you to fix the issue when the Switch is in boot mode.( reset process and software recovery is explained in this article)&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

I am wondering why it has to be complicated? What if i do not know anything about technology? RUCKUS comes with life time warranty, why RUCKUS is not fixing these&amp;nbsp;issues?
