&lt;P&gt;Thank you for your post. Could you please check if you get the same result on a different browser or in a private browsing mode?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;When you mention “it does not load,” do you mean that it doesn’t even display the login prompt?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Is web management enabled in the running configuration?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I researched the error you shared: “Error [1 ui_common_send: Not able to apply - itc error please try again] parsing line: [web-management http],” but couldn’t find anything similar. I recommend&lt;A href="https://support.ruckuswireless.com/cases/new#sort=relevancy" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt; opening a ticket&lt;/A&gt; with our support team for further investigation, especially if the answers to my previous questions are yes.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have created a new user as well as changed the ip address to x.x.x.50. Confirmed it worked by SSHing in to the new ip address and logging in with the new user&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Same result when trying to connect to it from a browser using the new ip address.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
