ICX7150-C12P after power outage

Hello,

After a power outage of several days, it appears the switch is running SPR but it looks like both my primary and secondary code both say SPS so I am unsure how to fix this:

Thank you for the information you shared.

As per the case description, I understand that your RUCKUS setup is not working after the power outage.

I would request you to please run the following command which will help you to fix the issue.

Please enter the below commands once you log in to CLI of the Switch

ICX7150-24P Router>enable (hit enter to accept the command)
ICX7150-24P Router#copy flash flash secondary (hit enter to accept the command and wait: until the flash finished)

ICX7150-24P Router#write memory
ICX7150-24P Router#boot system flash secondary yes (hit enter to accept the command: the switch will reboot)

Please follow the above steps and let us know if you have any queries in this regard.

Unable to find a UFI image copy from. Please reload master with appropriate UFI image to proceed with flash-flash copy

Thank you for the response.

Could you please try to upgrade the Switch version as the Switch is running on an older non UFI version?

Please follow the below RUCKUS Lennar Knowledge base self-help article which will help you to upgrade the switch to the recommended version
