      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Last weeks, we had a power outage, and ever since, our internet has been acting up. The router, modem, and incoming signal have all been checked and are functioning normally. The RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P switch is running, but the connection quality has dropped significantly compared to what it was before. All the AP lights are green.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I’ve also tried troubleshooting steps from other posts but no luck.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="background-color:white;color:#333333;font-size:18px;"&gt;From the case description, I understand that you are facing slow speed issues after the power outage.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="background-color:white;color:#333333;font-size:18px;"&gt;This issue is because your switch is running on the Routing code (SPR). The Switch should run on the Switching code (SPS) for Lennar home users. Due to a power outage/power spike, the Switch boots up on the other partition which may be running on a ‘Routing Code’ results in causing this issue.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:#333333;font-size:18px;"&gt;Please follow the below RUCKUS Lennar Knowledge base self-help article which will help you to fix the issue when the Switch is running in the Routing code.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Just got back and have a second look. This is not something I can do. Can I ask what’s the warranty on the ruckus? If I’m still in warranty I would like put in the claim. If is not I’ll just buy a different unit.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
