&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;Could you please unplug and plug ALL the Access Points into any 1 in-12 ports (Refer to the below screenshot) and check if you see the same Wi-Fi network as from the other 2 working Access Points and are&amp;nbsp;able to connect without any issues? Or check if you can see the new Wi-Fi network broadcasted from all the 3 Access Points.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>R350 reset issues</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Our R350 was reset using the button on the back.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It is now broadcasting a Configure.Me-x network. I have connected to it via the standard IP and followed the instructions to set up. It says it was successful but just continues to broadcast Configure.Me-x and will not connect to the internet (wiping out half our house).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The other two routers in our house (same model) are working as normal and connecting to the internet via our normal network.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can anyone advise how I get the problematic router back onto our normal network following a reset? Sorry, bit of a novice so please feel free to talk to me like a five year old!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
