    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My power flickered and since then the Switch - ICX 7150 hasn't started. &lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;3. Should the problem persist, proceed with the remaining commands following the "ping not alive" error message. Please check if the SYST LED turns green after completing this process.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
