      <title>The Connection is intermittent</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;In the upstairs, when I connect to ATT router and all connections are good. Then in the downstairs, when connecting to Ruckus AP, it becomes intermittent. It's easily get disconnected (like in every few minutes) and then reconnected. How can I fix this issue?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

(Amber or green) Please let us know which lights are on.&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;(Please refer to the below picture and share a picture of the same, showing the light status and the FULL Switch panel cable connections to the Switch ports)&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:black;font-size:18px;"&gt;In regards to the question connecting to one of 12 ports, if the switch is using port and you're connected to a port that is not properly configured for the connections, the switch might still accept the connection on that port, but will cause traffic and this can result in intermittent network connectivity.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:black;font-size:18px;"&gt;The previous port, you had connected was used to be a licensed port. Since Lennar users are not licensed for those ports like Enterprise business customers, is the reason you cannot use it to its full functionality.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
