Hope you are doing well!

1-On your switch while it's plugged into the outlet, do you see any lights on? (Amber or green) Please let us know which lights are on?

2-Make sure it is plugged into a well-known outlet/power source

None of the lights are on. Not to the Ruckus box or my router. I went outside to check electric panel and all appear to be on so I’m going to call an electrician as it appears my communication center is not getting electricity.

My issue was resolved. It was my electric panel. I had to click it on and off and it works now. Thanks.
