&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:#333333;font-size:18px;"&gt;Based on the troubleshooting done, your &lt;STRONG&gt;ICX-7150-C12P Switch&lt;/STRONG&gt; is&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN style="background-color:white;color:#333333;font-size:18px;"&gt;not working, and when the Access Points are plugged they are getting power for some time and goes back offline. It's an indication of Switch PoE port issues.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:#333333;font-size:18px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp; This&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Switch&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;unit Should be RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) in simple words replacing it.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>AP no longer has lights after switch replacement</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi. I received a replacement switch which was working fine for a few days. Now after a few days my AP has no lights showing and the internet connection is no longer showing. &lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:#333333;font-size:18px;"&gt;Could you please unplug the Access point cable from the port which is connected to the Switch (please refer to the below figure) and connect it back to any other 12 ports in the Switch and kindly check if the Ap is turning on?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;As per the case description, I understand that your Ruckus AP is not turning on even after changing the ports. .&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;As you have mentioned that the switch is working and there are no lights in the access points, it is always good to check if the PoE is disabled or not.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello. I am able to open the browser, but it will not let my sign in. I enter my username and password, but the login menu instantly pops up right away. I am using the same log in information as when I initially set up the Switch.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I checked the scan and there are no other devices by the name of "ruckus" or "brocade." Only the one I found which says icx7150&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello. After performing a factory reset and logging back into the switch, the issue is still not resolved. When I plugged the switch back in during the factory reset, the AP worked and the lights displayed for around half of the day, then disappeared again. Anytime I unplug the switch then plug it back in, the AP will display lights for a very limited time. The status lights on the switch are still the same&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:#333333;font-size:18px;"&gt;Based on the troubleshooting done, your &lt;STRONG&gt;ICX-7150-C12P Switch&lt;/STRONG&gt; is&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN style="background-color:white;color:#333333;font-size:18px;"&gt;not working, and when the Access Points are plugged they are getting power for some time and goes back offline. It's an indication of Switch PoE port issues.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:#333333;font-size:18px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp; This&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Switch&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;unit Should be RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) in simple words replacing it.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
