      <title>SYST light orange, reset didn't work, software online missing 'Image' file</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, my system unexpectedly stopped working this morning for no reason.&amp;nbsp; The power light is GREEN and the SYST light is ORANGE.&amp;nbsp; I have factory reset my system with a paper clip over 10 times and it is not successful.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I am now going through the &lt;A href="https://community.ruckuswireless.com/t5/RUCKUS-Lennar-Support-Knowledge/Fixing-RUCKUS-Switch-with-an-Amber-Orange-light-on-quot-SYST/ta-p/71998" target="_self"&gt;software reset process&lt;/A&gt; and have gotten to the part where I download the software from the Ruckus support site but the zip file is missing the 'Image' file.&amp;nbsp; I'm now stuck with a brick and my home internet is completely offline.&amp;nbsp; Please let me know what I can do here.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="Screen Shot 2024-09-10 at 6.47.51 PM.png" style="width: 999px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.ruckuswireless.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/14063i89D57D65BEB34C0A/image-size/large/is-moderation-mode/true?v=v2&amp;amp;px=999" role="button" title="Screen Shot 2024-09-10 at 6.47.51 PM.png" alt="Screen Shot 2024-09-10 at 6.47.51 PM.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
