    <description>&lt;P&gt;A week ago after a power failure, I started having issues with my 3 Ruckus Unleashed AP's and discovered that my ICX7150 Switch was no longer connected to the AP's. &amp;nbsp;I contacted Imran Sanadi the moderator at the Ruckus Lennar Community for help. He always responded quickly to my posts on the Lennar Community forum and he walked me through a variety of trouble shooting scenarios. With his help I discovered that the switch software needed upgrading.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;He gave me a link to the instructions on how to upgrade the AP's and switch software. &amp;nbsp;When I got stuck about halfway through the process, he offered to do a remote session via my PC laptop. &amp;nbsp;He is incredibly knowledgeable about these Lennar AP systems and after working for over an hour this morning, he has fixed the issue. &amp;nbsp;My wireless internet (with Ruckus AP's) is running faster than ever. &amp;nbsp;Highly recommend Imran for this support. &amp;nbsp;* * * * *&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;@jamesvid2&lt;/P&gt;</description>
