      <description>&lt;P&gt;Imran . . .&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;The internet connection via WiFi is steady and functioning properly on all other connected devices in the house, including iPhones, iPads and the Comcast (Xfinity) box which provides television service. &amp;nbsp; The only thing which is affected is the connection to our ‘smart’ LG television set . . . two other Fire-equipped televisions are also operating properly with internet connection. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;When the Ruckus switch was operational there were green lights illuminated on both sides, however none are currently on. &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Additionally, there were no known power outages or surges that affected our home.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Since there are no lights on the switch which are operational I have not supplied a photograph.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you . . . I think I must apologize as I thought the access points was the switch. &amp;nbsp; In checking the switch inside the cabinet where it is mounted I discovered that the power to the unit was switched off . . . this the unit had no power to it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I turned the multi-plug on and it powered right up . . . after a time, it displayed the lights shown in the attached photograph. &amp;nbsp; The access points unit also powered up with the lights shown on it illuminated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Again . . . &lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Please try unplugging and then re-plugging the Ethernet cables into different ports on the Switch (refer to the screenshot provided below).
