&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;You may just open the Google drive link shared in the previous post and upload the picture of Switch as well as video connecting the working power outlet to the Switch.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;If the hard reset does not resolve the issue, the next step is to perform a Software Recovery of the switch. For this process, you will need &lt;STRONG&gt;both &lt;/STRONG&gt;an Ethernet cable (with RJ45 plugs at both ends) and a USB to Type-C cable, as described in steps 2 and 3 of the article.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
