      <title>Bought new Lennar home. No info given about Ruckus</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I just bought a Lennar smart home. I got no instructions or info about anything the house has to offer. It has been trial and error trying to get the Ruckus working. We have 2 access points that we have reset everything seems to be running fine. One has power green and two amber lights for 5g and 2.4g. The other has 2 green lights one for power and the other for CTL and the same amber lights. I have no login info or even how to log in for them. I have reset both of the AP but haven't reset the ICX 7150. When I try to access the Configure.me nothing come up I don't even see a Configure.me in the wifi settings. My last resort now is this request and resetting the ICX 7150&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you have a computer with an Ethernet port you should be able to find the APs with a network scanner. You should also assume that the switch is running bugged code and check the Lennar forum for instructions on patching it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:#333333;font-size:18px;"&gt;Note:&lt;STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN style="background-color:white;color:#0D0D0D;font-size:18px;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;If you have multiple Access Points (APs) in your home, please go to the Ruckus Switch&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:#333333;font-size:18px;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;, disconnect from its ports the Ethernet cables of all the Access Points, except the one that you are going to work with.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN style="background-color:white;color:#333333;font-size:18px;"&gt;Once the process is finished, connect back to the Ruckus Switch the access points that you disconnected before, and they will connect into the network automatically after a few minutes.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
