R650 Inconsistent Performance

I installed an R650 today, set it up, configured the PoE to at, everything looks good, but its like its working 50% of the time. Not a part of a system yet, just a single AP by itself, but its like flipping a coin whether webpages load or not. everything else in the network setup has been tested up to the AP to be performing perfectly.

Firmware is 200.10.10.5.229

Issue was determined to be with Apple devices, updated firmware to recommended latest version based on other threads and issue was resolved.
