How do I find my Ruckus admin username and password?

I did a system update and then it asked me to log into my Ruckus admin username and password and I dont know it. The app wont allow me to use the "forgot my password" button. (disabled). How do I log back in to manage my beacons?

Please try using the default credentials provided below in a screenshot:

Please note that these credentials are case-sensitive, so ensure that you use capital letters where required.
