    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Pinky,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It is still not working.&amp;nbsp; My Ruckus model is&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;RUCKUS ICX 7150-C12P (the model in your video seemed different.).&amp;nbsp; Therefore, I didn't need a pin or paper clip to pinch the reset hole, I just held down a small black bottom instead.&amp;nbsp; Following the instruction in video, I unplugged the power cord before holding the reset bottom down first.&amp;nbsp; Then I plugged the power cord back while kept holding the black bottom.&amp;nbsp; Unfortunately, the Ruckus device had no response at all.&amp;nbsp; Please advise if I did anything incorrectly.&amp;nbsp; Thank you.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Jack&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;1. Was there any power outage before you started facing the issue?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;2. On your switch while it's plugged into the outlet, do you see any lights on? (Amber or green) Please let us know which lights are on.&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;(Please refer to the below picture and share a picture of the same, showing the light status and the FULL Switch panel cable connections to the Switch ports)&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Pinky,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you very much for your kind assistance.&amp;nbsp; Hope everything is going well with you.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm experiencing the following issues and need help from an expert like you to resolve them.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;(1) As the topic explains, the Ethernet cable from the modem to the RUCKUS ICX 7150-C12P does not have a blinking green light.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;It is apparent that there is no communication between the modem and the RUCKUS ICX 7150-C12P.&amp;nbsp; See attached photos.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;(2) It turns out that the other devices such as "Lutron" connected to Ruckus is not working at all.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;(3) Two ceiling-mounted units (one each downstairs and one upstairs for the so-called "smart home") were completely powered off.&amp;nbsp; See attached photos.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;(4)&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; I will attach photos for your review.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Thanks,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Jack&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;From the response and the pictures you shared, &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN style="background-color:white;color:#333333;font-size:18px;"&gt;I understand that&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;the status lights on the Switch is Amber and the PWR light is Green which means that the Switch is stuck in the boot mode.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Pinky,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It is still not working.&amp;nbsp; My Ruckus model is&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;RUCKUS ICX 7150-C12P (the model in your video seemed different.).&amp;nbsp; Therefore, I didn't need a pin or paper clip to pinch the reset hole, I just held down a small black bottom instead.&amp;nbsp; Following the instruction in video, I unplugged the power cord before holding the reset bottom down first.&amp;nbsp; Then I plugged the power cord back while kept holding the black bottom.&amp;nbsp; Unfortunately, the Ruckus device had no response at all.&amp;nbsp; Please advise if I did anything incorrectly.&amp;nbsp; Thank you.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Jack&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
