      <title>Contractor Tripped A Breaker and Now Connection is inconsistent</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I want to preface this with I do not speak technology.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Yesterday we had a contractor in our home who tripped a breaker that our ruckus was on. The power to the ruckus was only out for about 10 minutes, but when it got turned back on our Wi-Fi Internet has been spotty. Our Google speakers cannot connect and our ring keeps losing connection and regaining connection within the same 60 seconds every couple hours.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We tried to reset it but it was unsuccessful. We don’t know the actual problem, but we also don’t know enough to research the right answer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can anyone help?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We have lost power before but we have never had an issue like this with the ruckus.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;TIA&lt;/P&gt;</description>

The Switch should run on the Switching code (SPS) to avoid these issues for Lennar home users. Due to a power outage/power spike, the Switch boots up on the other partition which may be running on a ‘Routing Code’ results in causing this issue.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;As I can see from the screenshot you shared, your Switch is booted up on the secondary partition which is running on Routing code (SPR) as highlighted in the below screenshot.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;The ethernet cable light blinking amber is normal as it just indicates the data communication.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;I would suggest you upgrade the firmware of the Switch since the Switch is on the older version.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;We have shared the upgrade tool on the previous post.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;Please follow the manual and upgrade the Switch version and let us know if you face the issue again.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
