&lt;P&gt;1:Are you able to open the websites, but it's too slow, or cannot connect at all?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;2:If you connect your computer directly to the ICX7150 Switch, do you have an internet connection?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;3:If you connect your computer directly to the ISP router, do you have an internet connection?&lt;BR /&gt;If this is the case, please contact your ISP.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;4:Are you able to logging to your Unleashes dashboard(unleashed.ruckuswireless.com), if&amp;nbsp;you can, please search for Switch &amp;gt;general information&amp;gt;provide a screenshot.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Ruckus Switch will not connect to internet</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a Ruckus Switch ICX7150 with 3 AP.&amp;nbsp; Today my internet randomly went down.&amp;nbsp; I reset both the switch and the modem.&amp;nbsp; The wifi from the modem is connected to the interet, but the wifi from the switch is not. All AP's have green lights.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Please advise.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
