      <title>R510 no power</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We recently moved into a Lennar home with 2 r510s. And they would be fantastic to use…if we could figure out why they aren’t working. We have an xfinity gateway that is wired to the switch (which has power) but neither AP had power and we don’t have a way to reconfigure via unleashed app etc because we don’t have the previous owners information. Please tell me we can still get these to work!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:#333333;font-size:18px;"&gt;From the case description, I understand that the RUCKUS setup is not working and APs do not have power.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:#333333;font-size:18px;"&gt;Also, you are unable to reconfigure your Unleashed app as you do not have the login credentials shared by the previous owner.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;On your switch while it's plugged into the outlet, please let us know which lights are on.&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;(Please refer to the below picture and share a picture of the same, showing the light status and the FULL Switch panel cable connections to the Switch ports)&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
