      <description>&lt;P&gt;After the storm, the only wall jack that works is the one that the switch is directly connected to in the Cat5e patch panel. &lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:#333333;font-size:18px;"&gt;This may happen when your RUCKUS Switch is on an older version(08080d) which doesn’t let you log into the Unleashed application. We suggest you upgrade your Switch to the recommended version&lt;STRONG&gt;(8095g)&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;to avoid this issue in the future.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
