    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello pinky_ruckus,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There was a thunderstorm while we were away from the house around the end of June 2024. When we returned the APs were not working. The switch has lights on when plugged into the outlet. I've attached a picture showing the lights. There are 3 cables connected to the switch. The first cable runs from the router to the switch. That port has a green light. The 2 other cables runs from the 2 APs to the switch.       <title>Ruckus AP R510 not powering up</title>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;From the pictures you shared, the lights on the Switch is normal and switch is working and there are no lights in the access points, it is always good to check if the PoE is disabled or not.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

These symptoms strongly suggest a hardware failure. In simpler terms, this &lt;STRONG&gt;Switch unit&lt;/STRONG&gt; should be RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) or replaced.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
