      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a icx 7150-c12p and single R510 Lennar setup. We experienced a repeated power outage. Afterwards the switch was unresponsive and my POE connected R510 was off and showed no LED activity. I unplugged the switch and re-plugged it in and have the same status. I have not tried a hard reset as I was cautious not to lose my configuration. &lt;P&gt;Basically seems that your switch is stuck on boot mode ( flash or images are corrupted ) so is not able to boo up properly&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Please try the following commands :&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Boot_primary or boot_secondary to check if the switch is able to boot up in one the 2 images pre-installed&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If that does not work we need to preform a software recovery&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;How to perform a Software recovery on an ICX7150 switch&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Basically in simple words the TFTP server ( server it would be your PC ) the IP address '192.168.1.1' is your switch so you have to match this addressing between your PC-ICX to preform the software recovery&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Like PC to have 192.168.1.2 and ICX switch 192.168.1.1 since they are under the same addressing range they can have connectivity and preform the software recovery .&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You can omit the Gateway address&amp;nbsp; if the connecting is PC to ICX&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was able to recover my ICX7150 and reinstall the software from&amp;nbsp; files I have from a previous upgrade.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My desire now, is to upgrade the software to the most current and stable version. I would like you to guide me in the file selection and upgrade method. I chose SPS08090.bin, but my "show version" output refers to SPS08090d.bin (UFI).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please elaborate on the difference in the UFI version&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Is great to hear that you were able to recover you ICX 7150 C12p !&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You can go ahead and install the lasted version 9010d since you are already running 8090d UFI version.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Our recommendations is to use 8095g firmware version here is the link :&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
