ICX-7150-C12P will not power on

The lights on the u it flash one time when plug in and then hose dark with no activity. I have tried resetting it the plugging it into multiple different outlets and using different cords with no charge in it’s activity. I believe it needs to be replaced. Please help

Based on the case description, it appears that your ICX-7150-C12P switch is not powering on despite trying different outlets.

Could you please connect your ICX-7150-C12P switch to a known working outlet and send us photos and a video showing the light status? Please ensure the images clearly show the switch, the power cord, and the outlet. For reference, you can check the example pictures below.

Do i need a power meter like in the example or can I just plug something else in the plug during the recording to prove that the outlet has power

Based on your response, I understand that the switch remains unlit when connected to a power outlet, and you have tried multiple outlets. To proceed, we need a video to confirm that the switch does not turn on. Please connect the switch to any working outlet, using a power meter if available. Alternatively, you can test the outlet by connecting a working device to ensure it is functioning properly.

Thank you for sharing the requested PICTURES and a VIDEO.

Based on the troubleshooting done, your ICX-7150-C12P Switch is not powering up, and when plugged in, it flashes an amber light and then goes dark. And you confirm that the Switch is plugged into a well-known outlet/power source. However, the failure persists. This Switch unit Should be RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) in simple words replacing it.
