&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;Please verify the connections from the access points and ICX 7150 -C12 P that the cable seems to be in good conditions. Also, the ethernet cable should be connected to 1 of 12 ports in the switch.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="background-color:white;color:#333333;font-size:18px;"&gt;It does not necessarily have to be 2 separate devices, as you have a device combo, the ethernet cable should be connected from the modem/router combo device to one of the 12 ports in the Switch as shown in the below picture.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

We don't have an ICX7150-C12P we do have an access point on the ceiling&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;We purchased a router/ combo that's the only equipment we have. I'm assuming we will need to purchase an ICX 7150. Thanks for the communication here.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

And connect the AP to any available port on your ISP (Internet Service Provider’s) Router using an Ethernet cable. Please refer to the enclosed screenshot for visual guidance. (12 VDC and Ethernet cable must be used together)&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
