Ruckus ICX7150 Ethernet Port Stuck at 100 MBPS

Hi,

I have a Lennar Home with ICX7150 Switch, I have my computer hooked up to one of the ports from the ethernet port on the switch for a few months now, The switch has 1GBPS link connection from my ISP.

I noticed that the port connecting to my laptop is stuck at 100Mbps instead of 1.0Gbps on the unleashed portal. Is there a way to fix this? I tried a different cable but the switch does not renegotiate the speed.
