      <title>Wifi for ruckus is freezing and slowing up after power outage</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;After a power outage the internet is now working slower than before. It freezes up. Was running fine before. We have reset entire Ruckus box by unplugging. Also reset the boxes on each of the 3 floors in my house and still nothing has worked. What can we do? I was going to go best buy and just another wifi extender. Any thoughts?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Seems like you are presetting the routing code issue due the power outage the switch starts running the wrong code&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;As a solution for now you can connect to your local router via Ethernet or Wi-Fi and your are not going to have connectivity issues from there&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I will leave a short Guide about the normal setup for home users:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Where the main (white) box in your cabinet is the switch (ICX 7150-12CP)&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;And the boxes on the ceiling are the Wireless Access Points&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Those videos are for new set up. Mine is already configured. It is just now running slow. I am not able to follow amy of the steps because i do not have the configure me option since mine is already set up. Do you have any other suggestions for me? Other than just going ahead and getting a wifi extender&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;We do not have email, phone or remote access support, Lennar customers only receive support through the community forums, the guidance we provide we try to make it as non-technical as possible, however, I know that some technical steps can be difficult if you are not used to it, maybe you can ask for help from someone who has a Lennar house or hire a technician.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you take a look at the instructions sent they do not provide step by step guides. The instructions are all over the place and words are mispelled so its unsure what you are trying to tell the individual to do. This Ruckus is wired into my entire home. It was working totally fine and just like that we have a power outage in my neighborhood and now it lags terribly. Strange thing is it still shows that it has a strong signal. But when working and playing games it lags terribly. I have just purchased a wifi extender and it should help. It sucks because the Ruckus is wired throughout my entire 3 story home.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Please provide a picture of the connection you used, including the terminal application on your MAC, when you ran the command ls /dev/cu.* for the MAC user or Device Manager&amp;gt;Port Status (COM &amp;amp; LPT) for the Windows user (the console cable must be connected from the computer to the Switch), so that I can confirm that the troubleshooting was done correctly, and thus approve an RMA.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Since the ICX - 7150 C12p ( white box )&amp;nbsp; is not broken and can be fixed, need to preform the troubleshooting necessary to determined if we can replace it.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you are presetting the routing code issue due the power outage the switch starts running the wrong code&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;As a solution for now you can connect to your local router via Ethernet or Wi-Fi and you are not going to have connectivity issues from there&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I will leave a short Guide about the normal setup for home users:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Where the main (white) box in your cabinet is the switch (ICX 7150-12CP)&lt;/P&gt;

This is the only part that won't say connect. It just says "connecting", but I'm still getting internet through the two APs (one upstairs &amp;amp; one downstairs). As CK said in the initial post, the&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;internet still works slower than before periodically and it freezes up (stopping streaming or messing up zoom calls for work). The modem, home router, and Xfinity connection (I called them to resend the internet signal) all work on their own with no issue. The ICX 7150-12CP seems like the issue with the APs seemingly working fine.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Basically we need to access to the ICX-7150 C12P via CLI ( command line ) this can be done via remote or console&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;We already know that the IP address of the Switch is '192.168.1.3' so basically we need to access using the following apps or terminal if you are using mac&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Many times the IP address reported there is not the actual so you can use any scanner to know which one is the working one&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
