      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi. I have been in this home since 2018. I have 2 APs. The first time I experienced any issues was in April. I was able to reset it, however it keeps happening. There hasn't been a power outage issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The actual ruckus device and APs didn't have any lights on the last two times I reset everything. I had to unplug and replug the actual ruckus device. Once I do that then I am able to do the whole thing code situation with the putty app. However, it goes out the next day.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
