      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am currently experiencing significant latency with my R510 APs. I have diagnosed the issue with my internet to be stemming from these APs. I have tried connecting directly to my router and have triage the router (Netgear C7800) with Netgear directly and am seeing improved connectivity and no latency - however when connecting to my AP network, while the network shows fast speeds - I am seeing significant lag before webpages or apps are refreshed. Can someone help me?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you! I finally fixed the issue by simply resetting the switch (pressing the reset button with a paperclip).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;But now I want to improve the speed for the connection between APs. I subscribe for a 500mbps plan with my provider and via speed test am seeing 90mbps down when connected to the AP network.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I’ve checked the wiring between switch and APs and they’re all cat6 and cat5e cables. Thoughts on how to improve my speed?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello there&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i finally removed the router function from the partition &amp;nbsp;of the switch but now am getting low speeds on my APs&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My APs are showing physical link up to 100mbps full. I do not see anything referencing a physical address. Does this mean we have cabling issues? What’s weird is before I deleted the router partition yesterday I did get WiFi speeds from the AP around 300mbps (I pay for 500). What do I do next do I have cabling issues?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For context there is a router/modem combo feeding the switch the internet in case that has a part to play here. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;From the description, I could understand that you are getting lower speeds from APs that are connected to the ICX-7150-C12P Switch.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;We suggest you confirm the speed transmitted by your Internet Service Provider (ISP). You could &lt;SPAN&gt;check the ISP connectivity from the Router, maybe with Local Router Wi-Fi or by an Ethernet cable from the Router a laptop, or a PC. (Please refer to the below pictures). &lt;STRONG&gt;Please compare the speed tests from the ISP Router and from the Switch. And also, please share the screenshots of both results. &lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

However, ports &lt;STRONG&gt;1/1/2, 1/1/4, 1/1/8, and 1/1/9&lt;/STRONG&gt; are only able to transmit &lt;STRONG&gt;100 Mbps&lt;/STRONG&gt; of speed (Please refer to the below screenshots) which is a result of defective network ethernet cables. And this issue/problem is more on the cable side. &lt;STRONG&gt;We suggest you check the cables and replace them with new cables for the affected ports 1/1/2, 1/1/4, 1/1/8, and 1/1/9&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt; Since RUCKUS has no part in fixing the issue related to cable installations.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
