      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My ICX 7150 is completely bricked. After a power outage, it stopped working. When looking into the software, primary and secondary images were corrupted and its stuck on boot. Failed to load any image from TFTP.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Talking with a few other users, it seems that maybe a software glitch that is eligible under the lifetime warranty. I just dont know who to call or how to get it resolved?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
