Thank you for the information you shared.

As per the case description, I understand that you need assistance in setting up your RUCKUS Wi-Fi Network.

Could you please let me know if you can log into the RUCKUS Unleashed system?

If not, could you please try log in to your Unleashed system on a LAPTOP WEB BROWSER using the Master AP IP Address OR https://unleashed.ruckuswireless.com/ ?

If you can log into the Unleashed system, please follow the below process to change your RUCKUS Network Wi-Fi password.

Select Wi-Fi Network>>Select your WLAN Network (SSID)>>Edit WLAN>>Change the password

(Please refer to the below screenshots)

You could also create a new network WLAN SSID: Please refer to the below video-
