      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am unable to factory reset my ruckus 7150 C12 switch. I followed the forum steps and tried to reset 15 times today (this is in addition to the 10+ times I have tried in the last year). I have reviewed the recommended solution to be, replace the device. &lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;As per the case description, I understand that your RUCKUS&amp;nbsp;ICX-7150-C12P Switch is not working.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;I see from the picture you shared, that there is an Amber and Green light on the Switch. That means the Switch is stuck in boot mode.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;As you already tried rese with a paperclip. Please try it multiple times. If that doesn’t work, you have to perform the software recovery on the Switch.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a dell XPS laptop that does not have an ethernet port. I tried to connect to the switch using a usbc and a usbc type docking station with ethernet however, the switch did not connect as I have watched it do in the support videos.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;As I see from the screenshot, your ethernet cable plugged into the incorrect port on the Switch panel. It should be plugged into the correct port as marked in the screenshot below. Please use &lt;STRONG&gt;ethernet cable (both ends RJ45 plugs) and USB to type C cable both together&lt;/STRONG&gt; as described in steps 2 &amp;amp; 3 in the guide link. I request you follow the same and perform the software recovery process once again.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I moved the ethernet to the location suggested and kept usbc to usbc, i also tried a usbc from ruckus to usb adapter to the docking station that the ethernet is plugged into.
