    <description>&lt;P&gt;Both of my access point not powering and after power reset happened.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tried reset in ruckus router and nothing helps .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Need direction to resolve and it was 6 year old as we got this installed when i moved to Lennar new home during 2018.&amp;nbsp; Not sure if we have any warranty still exists.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

(Amber or green) Please let us know which lights are on.&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;(Please refer to the below picture and share a picture of the same, showing the light status and the FULL Switch panel cable connections to the Switch ports)&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;From the pictures that was shared, I understand &amp;nbsp;that the status of lights on the switch is Green and there are no lights in the access points. It is always good to check if the PoE is disabled or not.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Please follow the below RUCKUS Lennar Knowledge base self-help article which will help you to check if the PoE is disabled and to fix the issue if it is disabled.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
