      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am not sure about that. The wireless is spotty and disconnecting very frequently. also, the wifi is not working or very very slow. My internet provider did a speed test and confirmed everything is fine from their end. I am also able to connect to ATT directly and don't see any issues. Looks like rukus device is not working now&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I believe this happened after a power outage , can you login in your local Router&amp;nbsp; copy and paste these ips in the URL &lt;STRONG&gt;192.168.1.254&lt;/STRONG&gt; or &lt;STRONG&gt;192.168.0.254&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;That would be redirect you on your local Router ATT and check the device list on the Router.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;There should be a device that is called Switch-Router ICX-7150 or something like that.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Could you please confirm this in order to confirm that the switch was not misconfigured&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Also you can shared a screenshot here to help you.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If telnet access/ssh access is not working sometimes a hard reboot ( disconnect and connect the switch from the power outlet )&amp;nbsp; works but if that does not work, we need to access via console.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Most of the times should work the default password&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;username: super password: sp-admin&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;or username : admin&amp;nbsp; password Lennar / username: admin password: Ruckus1&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If that does not work we need to have &lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;A href="https://community.ruckuswireless.com/t5/RUCKUS-Support-for-Lennar-Homes/How-to-console-in-the-ICX-7150-12CP-Ruckus-Switch/td-p/46759" target="_self"&gt;Console access&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;for sure.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Port 22 is used for ssh purposes&amp;nbsp; and 23 for telnet purposes.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;SSH is a secure connection for that reason ask you for a username or password&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Laptop should be connected to your local network it&amp;nbsp; can be your router ( from your Internet provider&amp;nbsp; ) via 'WiFi or Ethernet '&amp;nbsp; or to the Access Points 'Wi-Fi' to the switch via 'Ethernet'.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you already tried all combinations the only way now to &lt;STRONG&gt;access is via console ( this step does not required internet connection )&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Did you install the software before connecting the cables and make sure is the correct cable ( most of the times the cables that are used to charge devices do not work ).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It shows disconnected for the Routing code issue that we need to fix first also that warning message does not mean that the switch hardware issues or something related.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If you see from the Unleashed APP or Dashboard page that the Switch is disconnected, you may be having a routing code issue, this means the Switch is booting from the wrong partition and the only way to access due to connectivity issues will be through console access, so it will require the Putty APP, a USB/Type C cable and the computer to access through the console, by default the COM# will show up on your computer ones you connect the USB/Type C cable let me add the Guides will help.&lt;/P&gt;

I tried to connect the console directly now..it is not accepting any of the user credentials you have provided earlier. Also, it says cannot boot from primary as it cannot found and it is booting from secondary. Also, I am getting the user prompt as boot&amp;gt; or os&amp;gt; only. not able to go to switch&amp;gt; or router&amp;gt;. Since it is frequently going to secondary can you please replace this device as I think it is having issues,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Ok, that issue is totally different, according&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;to your description, it seems that&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt; your Switch (ICX7150 Switch) may be stuck in boot mode, so in order to fix it, you need to get access via console, using two connections one is for console access using the USB to type C cable &lt;FONT color="#000000"&gt;(the USB will be connected on your computer and the type C on your ICX7150 Switch) now the second connection will be an Ethernet cable from your computer to the out-of-band port on your ICX 7150 Switch) don't worry the next guid&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;FONT color="#000000"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;e explains the port locations and there are pictures about it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
