      <description>&lt;P&gt;It was working before, came home and I received a message from Ring saying it was offline. Noticed there were no lights on the access point, reset the Ruckus, still no lights. As far as I know there was no power outage.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The ISP is working and stable.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Allan&lt;/P&gt;</description>
