    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Pictures are attached to this thread. As mentioned before, the only lights I can see are the ones when the switch is plugged into the power.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Rucks is only showing up an amber light when connected to power and then goes dark. I have read similar post with same issue, and it seems that RMA is needed. Please let me know what else you need to get a replacement approved.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

(Amber or&amp;nbsp;green) Please let us know which lights are on.&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;(Please refer to the below picture and share a picture of the same, showing the light status and the FULL Switch panel cable connections to the Switch ports)&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
