Ruckus ICX 7150-C12P not working

We have been having issues with Ruckus ICX 7150-C12P for several weeks. It is no longer working after power courage. POE not getting power. But the issue is not resolved yet. We need help

I must add that we have tried doing a factory reset and software recovery which did not work, but the issue is still not resolved. We need help from Ruckus Team!
