In the video, it shows that the power and status have lights, but in my device when I power on, all the lights flash once and no other indicator shows up. I tried the reset over 10 times, it still has the same behavior.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Do you have any other suggestions to troubleshoot.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My ruckus device stopped working. When I plug in, the lights flash for a second on the switch and then there is no power signal. I read through the posts and it indicates we need a RMA. &lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;As per the case description, I understand that your RUCKUS switch is not working.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;As you mentioned that there is no power signal, I would request you to please disconnect the switch from the power outlet and then reconnect.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;Please try to press the reset button using a paper click or a small stick.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;1. Remove power from the switch.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;2. Press and hold the Reset button while applying power to the switch.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;3. After all the system LEDs flash amber, release the Reset button.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
