&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;Factory reset is the only way to access the Internet via APs. I would suggest you try factory reset once again.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;Please perform the factory reset on a laptop and NOT the application.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:#E64D4D;font-size:18px;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;NOTE: As you have 2 R510 Access Points in your setup, remove the cables of any ONE Access Point, and perform the factory reset only on the ONE connected access point. Once you complete it, connect the unplugged Access point cables back to the Switch ports and it will sync up with the configurations from the factory reset Access Point.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:black;font-size:18px;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;As per the case description, I understand that you are unable to find Configure.Me XXXX option during factory reset.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;Note: &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN style="background-color:white;color:#0D0D0D;font-size:18px;"&gt;If you have multiple Access Points (APs) in your home, please go to the Ruckus Switch&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;, disconnect from its ports the Ethernet cables of all the Access Points, except the one that you are going to work with.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN style="background-color:white;color:#333333;font-size:18px;"&gt;Once the process is finished, connect back to the Ruckus Switch the access points that you disconnected before, and they will connect into the network automatically after a few minutes.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried Factory reset to AP through web. it shows that its completed but i am not able to see system name in available network. I am able to login as admin but it shows disconnected for internet ( Refer image) . &lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;As I see from the picture you shared, seems like the ethernet cable which is coming from the ISP’s (Internet Service Provider’s) Router or Modem/Router combo is plugged into the wrong port on the Switch panel. It must be plugged into any 1 in-12 ports as shown in the below screenshot. Please unplug the ethernet cable and it into the correct port then &lt;STRONG&gt;reboot &lt;/STRONG&gt;(unplug and plug from the power outlet). Try to connect to the Internet via Access Points. Also connect ALL the unplugged Access Points back to any of 12 ports.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;I see from the pictures you shared, as per the light status the RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P Switch and R510 Access Point are in normal condition with the correct ethernet connections on the Switch.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;You should be able to see the RUCKUS Access Points Wi-Fi network on any wireless connecting devices. You can check your Wi-Fi network name and details in Wi-Fi networks details on Unleashed. (Please refer to the below screenshot)&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

When any device/client connects to the 2.4 or 5G&amp;nbsp;radio the lights turn&amp;nbsp;green. Please refer to the below link for more information about the light status of the RUCKUS R510 Access Point.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
