&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;As per the case description, I understand that you are unable to find Configure.Me XXXX option during factory reset.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;Note: &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN style="background-color:white;color:#0D0D0D;font-size:18px;"&gt;If you have multiple Access Points (APs) in your home, please go to the Ruckus Switch&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;, disconnect from its ports the Ethernet cables of all the Access Points, except the one that you are going to work with.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN style="background-color:white;color:#333333;font-size:18px;"&gt;Once the process is finished, connect back to the Ruckus Switch the access points that you disconnected before, and they will connect into the network automatically after a few minutes.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks. i was able to get configure.me and initiate factory reset process. Now after finishing setup i am not able to see that wifi option that i created and still shows the configure me option only. Let me know if you need any images.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried Factory reset to AP through web. it shows that its completed but i am not able to see system name in available network. I am able to login as admin but it shows disconnected for internet ( Refer image) . &lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;As I see from the picture you shared, seems like the ethernet cable which is coming from the ISP’s (Internet Service Provider’s) Router or Modem/Router combo is plugged into the wrong port on the Switch panel. It must be plugged into any 1 in-12 ports as shown in the below screenshot. Please unplug the ethernet cable and it into the correct port then &lt;STRONG&gt;reboot &lt;/STRONG&gt;(unplug and plug from the power outlet). Try to connect to the Internet via Access Points. Also connect ALL the unplugged Access Points back to any of 12 ports.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;I see from the pictures you shared, as per the light status the RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P Switch and R510 Access Point are in normal condition with the correct ethernet connections on the Switch.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;You should be able to see the RUCKUS Access Points Wi-Fi network on any wireless connecting devices. You can check your Wi-Fi network name and details in Wi-Fi networks details on Unleashed. (Please refer to the below screenshot)&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;On the Access Points, if 2.4G and 5G lights are amber, it states that the connectivity is up and there are no devices/clients connected. When any device/client connects to the 2.4 or 5G&amp;nbsp;radio the lights turn&amp;nbsp;green. Please refer to the below link for more information about the light status of the RUCKUS R510 Access Point.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
