Mac book air will not connect to ruckus

After power outage had to reconfigure ruckus. All other apple products connect fine only the macbook

air will neither connect to ruckus or its ssid

As per the case description, I understand that you are unable to connect your MAC Book device to the RUCKUS Wi-Fi and other devices work fine,

Could you please forget the RUCKUS Wi-Fi on the MAC book device and try to connect once again?

I had the same problem as you and I had to remove everything and reinstall it to fix it
