&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;Thank you for the information you shared.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;As per the case description, I understand that your RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P Switch is stuck in the boot mode with an Orange/Amber light on SYST and a Green light on PWR. You tried resetting the Switch with a paper clip with no luck.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;You can follow the process once again as described below.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:#333333;font-size:18px;"&gt;1. Power OFF the box.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:#333333;font-size:18px;"&gt;2. Press the 'reset' button in the box using any pin and to be held without releasing.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:#333333;font-size:18px;"&gt;3. Power ON the box.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:#333333;font-size:18px;"&gt;4. In a few seconds, all Status Mode LEDs will be flashing in Amber(orange) color.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:#333333;font-size:18px;"&gt;5. After that flashing, after 2 seconds, now release the pin from the reset button.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:#333333;font-size:18px;"&gt;6. Check if the reset happening in the box.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;If reset doesn’t work, you need to perform software recovery on the Switch.&lt;/STRONG&gt; Please refer to the below RUCKUS Lennar Knowledge base self-help article explaining the process.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
