&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;1. To check this issue, we must identify the ‘current’ IP address assigned by your local router to the switch ICX-7150-C12P&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>WIFI very slow</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello- I recently had a power outage, think the breaker in my Laundry room tripped. This made the Ruckus box have one of the lights in yellow not green so my internet tech suggested we reset the Ruckus box by disconnecting the power cord and pluggining back in this worked and both lights turned back on green. The issue I continue to have is the WIFI on ALL devices, Smart TV, Laptop, smart phones etc us still very slow I have never had this issue, my internet provider came in person and also troubleshooted onsite and they state everything on there end is good with the equipment so there should be no reason for the connectivity to be slow. I called the customer support and was advised to post on this community. How can I check my Ruckus box (main box) the one that the router and modem of my internet company is connected to is working properly?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;MAC address&lt;/STRONG&gt;: Physical address of the device this never changes&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;The IP address&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;: is a logical address assigned by your local router to the device (this can change and may not be the same as the one shown on the dashboard)&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;1- To fix this issue, we must identify the IP address of the switch 'currently'&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;-We can try the IP address that shows in the dashboard copy and paste it in the URL if that redirects you to the login page for the ICX-7150-C12P that is the correct one if not I will leave you a guide how to perform a IP scanner on your local network to identify the switch IP.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Greeting Jayavidhya- I'm truly sorry for asking again this request but believe me when I tell you I'm completely lost here-I tried your steps indicated, downloaded the application to check on the IP address but where I totally get lost is with the other instructions on how to run the commands. This process going on here and posting like this has been very stressful to say the least, just want to resolve my issue and move on as I&amp;nbsp; depend on WIFI because I work remote from home. Again I consider myself an intelligent, computer friendly person but I will need to speak to someone to get this resolved. Due to the nature of this going back and forth can there be made an exception here for me to connect with someone to further troubleshoot this?       <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Me again, when I clicked on the link it takes me to a "page not found" yes you are correct I was able to download the app for the IP address and&amp;nbsp; found the IP address infact there is 2 IP address one for "Ruckus-Unleashed. Ian" and the other just for the "Ruckus Wireless (manufacture) both have the IP address starting with 192.168 and so forth. The issue I'm having now is running the command Line. If I could provide you the IP address directly could you run the final step for me?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I also tried scheduling Geek Squad from Best Buy and per there statement this is above there capability. Can you recommend any other tech companies that I can call?       <description>&lt;P&gt;I did seek outside help, Geek Squad came out to me residence and they were stuck as well. They tested the main box and its seems to be working.       <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hello,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Thank you for reaching out to me. The problem has not been resolved. My current internet company, Frontier, supplied me with a eero Wifi router. I would still like to connect to the Ruckus. This whole incident happened&amp;nbsp;last year when we had a total power black out in my house, it affected the room where the Ruckus ICX box was in, ever then the WIFI is not the same. I have attached some photos of the 2 wave to WIFI access point. The 1st picture some of the lights are not on as the other one almost all lights are on and before I had this issue both mirrored&amp;nbsp;the same lights and the Ruckus worked. I'm attaching a picture of my networks and the Lennar-72000770 is the Ruckus network.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;When I contacted Ruckus thru my builder Lennar I was advised there was only a community forum to chat with a representative and under no circumstance&amp;nbsp;I was able to connect to a live person even after numerous attempts&amp;nbsp;calling, I was routed to the forum. When I was chatting with a representative&amp;nbsp;through the forum I was asked to run several scenarios to troubleshoot the issue, meaning running commands and downloading software all out of my league. This was extreme&amp;nbsp;IT technical&amp;nbsp;troubleshooting, I was lost so I gave up.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Kenneth Rivas&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;323-867-5444&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;FYI- I cannot upload the pictures.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>
