      <title>ICX7150-C12 &amp; R510 Access Point Wi-Fi speeds with AT&amp;T 1Gb Service</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I purchased a Lennar home in July of 2019 where Amazon installed the Smart Home components, including a Ruckus ICX7150-C12 Switch and two R510 Access Points. AT&amp;amp;T provides the Internet service with a 1Gb fiber connection to the house. I have never been able to get more than 450Mb download speeds from the Wi-Fi connections, which are the only way to get service as Lennar did not install any accessible Ethernet connectors in the house.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have lost the ability to connect to either the R510's (the Ruckus Unleashed app does not work) and I cannot access the IPX7150 switch as none of the Username/Password conventions specified in one of the forums work.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Are there newer versions of hardware or software which can improve the download speeds? Or is there another setup option, i.e., other hardware alternatives, that would work better?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:black;font-size:18px;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Before I assist you with this I would like to gather some information. Please let me know the answers to the below queries to assist you better.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;1. On your switch while it's plugged into the outlet, do you see any lights on? (Amber or&amp;nbsp;green) Please let us know which lights are on.&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;(Please refer to the below picture and share a picture of the same, showing the light status and the FULL Switch panel cable connections to the Switch ports)&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
