&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;I see from the pictures you shared, that there is an Amber/Orange light on the SYST and Green on PWR. This means the RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P Switch is stuck in boot mode.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;Did you try to reset the Switch Multiple times using the paper clip? If not, please try it. If that doesn’t work, you need to perform the software recovery on the Switch.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;Please refer to the below RUCKUS Lennar Knowledge base self-help article explaining the troubleshooting steps.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Ruckus AP R320 not working</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello. I noticed that my AP's are not on. I researched and troubleshooted the issue but I can't get them to work. I have also tried to reboot my Ruckus switch but I haven't been successful. In trying to do so, I get a row of blinking orange lights and a green power light. Please help.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;On your switch while it's plugged into the outlet, do you see any lights on? (Amber or&amp;nbsp;green) Please let us know which lights are on.&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;(Please refer to the below picture and share a picture of the same, showing the light status and the FULL Switch panel cable connections to the Switch ports)&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
