      <description>&lt;P&gt;Good Evening -&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I am continuing to have multiple issues with all of my Ruckus equipment in my Lennar home.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;My ICX 7150 switch that came with my Lennar Home is stuck in boot mode after a power outage. I have tried to reboot by doing the factory reset around 15-20 times and it stays stuck with all of the lights flashing amber.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I have an iMac computer and have followed the instructions for a reinstalling the drivers and software. When connected to the computer via USB to C cord and ethernet cable it does not even detect my ruckus switch.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;At this point, I believe the&amp;nbsp;ICX 7150 switch and the R510 access point are RMA.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Please advise on what else I can do to resolve the issue.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;As per the case description, I understand that your RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P Switch is stuck in boot mode.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Could you please let me know the current status of the lights on the Switch? On your switch while it's plugged into the outlet, do you see any lights on? (Amber or green) Please let us know which lights are on.&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;(Please refer to the below picture and share a picture of the same, showing the light status and the FULL Switch panel cable connections to the Switch ports)&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello -&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Last evening I plugged my MAC into the switch to attempt the software recovery process again, and without doing anything, the SYST light turned a solid green.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The switch seems to be performing normally as of right now and one of my AP's is getting power and operating normally.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My second R510 AP still is not receiving power, via POE connection.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have attempted to plug it directly into the switch with another ethernet cable, but there is no power being provided.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

(Please refer to the below screenshot).&amp;nbsp;Usually, you will find the 12 VDC adapter connected to your ISP’s (Internet Service Provider’s) Router/Modem-Router combo device.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;As I can see from the picture you shared, the Access Point is powering up from an external 12 VDC power adapter. Could you please check once again if you are using a working ethernet cable between the Switch and this Access Point?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;You can also unplug its ethernet cable from the Switch port and plug it into any other 1 in-12 ports (please refer to the below screenshot) then check if it powers up.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;Since AP is receiving power from the 12 VDC external power adapter and Not from the Switch ports.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;So, we may need to check the Switch ports configuration by checking the output of the commands shared in my previous post.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;Please help me with the same to check and assist accordingly.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello -&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I had to have the&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;ICX-7150 switch reconfigured by an expert to get it working properly and was finally able to have that done. To be honest, this was an extreme inconvenience, as it is not something I ever would have been able to do on my own. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Regardless, the switch now works as normal and all ports (1-12) are working properly. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I have 2 of the R510 access points in my house, and one of them is getting no power via POE (absolutely no lights coming on). It was troubleshooted all suggested possible ways, plugged in with different ethernet cables, etc... and only receives power via 12v AC/DC power cable. I need to RMA this Access Point.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Please advise if I can proceed with that.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
