      <title>Help- moved to lennar pre-owned home</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;moved into a pre owned lennar home. Need help setting this up.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have ATT and ran a cat-7 wire from the back of the router to port 3 on the rockus switch. The rockus switch has a cat-5 or 6 wire connected to the access point. It connects and works, but its extremely slow. I checked directly on the ATT router and i get a Gig speed, but when connecting on the access point i get about 25Mpbs which is super slow.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Need help, and also if there is a installation guide you can send me. I would like to update the switch and access point as well at some point.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Is there someone that can call me or send me a replacement switch. The Ruckus switch is running the version below. I have 1 Gig speeds from AT&amp;amp;T, and that is what I get from my laptop when plugged in directly to the router. When I’m using wifi from the AT&amp;amp;T router I get about 500 Mbps, but when I connect to the Ruckus access point I get about 1 to 20 Mbps and half of the time I cannot even pulled a website. My Alexa devices stop playing music, and very poor quality overall.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;I don’t know where the problem is, if it’s the access point or the Ruckus switch. I added other pictures to see if we can determine the root cause. &lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;This issue may happen when the Switch runs on the Routing code (SPR). The Switch should run on the Switching code (SPS) to avoid these issues for Lennar home users. If the Switch boots up on the other partition (Due to a power outage/power spike) which may be running on a ‘Routing Code’ results in causing this issue. I see from the screenshot you shared, that your switch is booted on the secondary partition with the SPR Code. (Please refer to the below screenshots)&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;yes i tested when running out of the AT&amp;amp;T router both hardware and also on wifi and no issues. It seems like i get problems when im connected to ruckus access point which is connected directly into the ruckus switch.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;How to find my Ruckus “Devices IP address” using free applications:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
