      <description>&lt;P&gt;It sounds like it is fried. Have you started the RMA process? You should be able to get a new unit ASAP&lt;/P&gt;</description>

On your switch while it's plugged into the outlet, do you see any lights on?       <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a support ticket open,&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;#01670510. Do you still need all the info? Because it was working yesterday just fine, and today it is not on with any power or lights. It's plugged into a good source, and there are no lights on anything. The same issue many others were having and their issues were resolved with new units.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Please remove your Switch from the networking cabin then plug your ICX-7150-C12P Switch into a working power outlet and send us PICTURES and VIDEO of it showing the light status, and cord connected to the Switch and a working power outlet.&lt;/STRONG&gt; Please refer to the below pictures as an example.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
