Please use the RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P Switch’s IP address. You should see&amp;nbsp;'&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:#333333;font-size:18px;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;ICX7150-C12 Router&amp;gt;'&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;OR&amp;nbsp;'&lt;STRONG&gt;ICX7150-C12 Switch&amp;gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;' prompts CLI.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:#333333;font-size:18px;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;You should see the Switch Dashboard as shown in the below screenshot to confirm it’s a Switch IP Address.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

(Amber or&amp;nbsp;green) Please let us know which lights are on.&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;(Please refer to the below picture and share a picture of the same, showing the light status and the FULL Switch panel cable connections to the Switch ports)&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;As per the light status of the RUCKUS devices from your shared pictures, they are in a normal state. However, I see Switch is not connected in the Unleashed application with ICX7150-C12-Router. This means the Switch is running on the Routing code causing these issues.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;Please refer to the below RUCKUS Lennar Knowledge Base self-help article which will help you troubleshoot and get this issue resolved.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;niether option is working. i tried ssh and it wouldnt let me type in password tried telnet and it said connection not established. can you call me like a side job and ill zelle you some money to fix thus . whats the point f all this network if this will happen when the power goes out?!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I don't know what this means! I downloaded putty. Got the screen shot would tell me to log in. I tried all the users but it would'nt let me input the password. I did the telnet and it would'nt establish a connection. This is after typing in the ip address in the slot. It shows 2 on the ip finder one say ruckusap the other says ruckus tried both and nothing!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

You should see&amp;nbsp;'&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:#333333;font-size:18px;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;ICX7150-C12 Router&amp;gt;'&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;OR&amp;nbsp;'&lt;STRONG&gt;ICX7150-C12 Switch&amp;gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;' prompts CLI.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm not getting that name as an option. I have two ap's and the switch. It's picking up one ap and one other device. But neither gives the switch name. But like I said I have 3 only picking up 2. And on the ruckus app it keeps telling me the switch is disconnected.&amp;nbsp; I don't know if that matters.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
