&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;As per the case description, I understand that your RUCKUS setup is not working, after a power outage.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:#333333;font-size:18px;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;As you have the IP address of the Switch, you could try the SSH Or Telnet option to log in to CLI (Putty) as described in the same guide- Please refer below.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;Please try to log into the Switch CLI using below default credentials using SSH option.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Switch&lt;/STRONG&gt; default credentials will be as mentioned below.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I tried the SSH option, user name but the PUTTY program literally&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;won't let me type a password.&amp;nbsp; I do anyways, hit enter and it just&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;circles.&amp;nbsp; The Telnet Port 23 option says Network error: connection&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;refused&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

The Switch should run on the Switching code (SPS) to avoid these issues for Lennar home users. Due to a power outage/power spike, the Switch boots up on the other partition which may be running on a ‘Routing Code’ results in causing this issue.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;As I can see from the output you shared, your Switch is booted up on the secondary partition which is running on Routing code (SPR) as highlighted in the below screenshot.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
